What Elvora Kids is
Elvora runs Elvora Kids, which generates playable lessons from your instructions.
AI-generated lessons are provided “as is” and may be wrong or unsuitable. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, suitability or educational results. An adult should check each lesson before a child uses it. Your legal rights to a service meeting its description and legally required standards remain unchanged.
Your account
There is one account type. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. Keep your password private and report suspected unauthorised access promptly. You are responsible for people you allow to use your account.
Cancel any recurring card plan before closing your account; email us for help. Closing it deletes your account, lessons, student profiles, classes and your lessons’ play records, and removes public lesson access. Plays of others’ lessons may remain without the student link. Unused credits are lost unless a refund is legally required. Copies others saved are outside our control.
We may suspend access or close an account for serious or repeated breaches, security risks or legal requirements. We will explain and allow review unless that would compromise safety or break the law.
Credits and plans
One credit makes one lesson, with 20 free edits. After that, 1 credit adds 20 more edits. Top-up credits never expire. Plans are billed monthly or yearly as shown at checkout. Annual plans release credits monthly; unused plan credits expire at the next monthly reset or when the plan ends.
Card plans renew for the selected billing period until cancelled. Bank transfers cover one period; we email a renewal link. Cancellation stops the next payment, not the paid period. Price changes do not affect periods already paid for.
Refunds
We do not offer change-of-mind refunds for top-ups, including unused credits, or paid plan periods, including partly used monthly or annual periods. If a fault prevents delivery and we cannot fix it, we refund the affected purchase. This does not limit legally required refunds or cancellation rights, or refunds Lemon Squeezy grants. Failed generation restores the credit; that is not a cash refund.
Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for card purchases and handles card refunds. PayOS processes bank transfers. Contact support@elvorakids.com about either method.
Your lessons and who owns them
As between you and Elvora, you own your lessons and we claim no ownership. AI output may not be unique or eligible for copyright. Other people’s rights still apply.
You allow us and our providers to generate, store, copy and deliver lessons to people you give access to, and display previews and tutor-page details you choose to publish. You choose whether to publish. Public lessons can be viewed and played by anyone without an account; private lessons are for you; password-protected lessons are for people you give access to. Publishing allows play, not unrestricted republication or resale.
Deleting a lesson ends this licence and removes it from the library; files are queued for removal.
Children
Only adults hold accounts. Children use adult-managed student profiles and sign in with a six-letter password, without an email or account.
Profiles hold a first name, optional age, generated password, assigned classes and lessons, saved lessons, and play records showing which lessons were opened and when. Adults enter details, control access, view records, change details, reset passwords and delete profiles. Students enter passwords; play activity and browser identifiers are collected automatically, including during guest play.
Only add a child as their parent or guardian, or with appropriate authority and required parental permission. Parents or guardians can contact support@elvorakids.com about a child’s information or deletion.
Publishing rules
Do not create, upload or publish sexual or adult content, hateful or abusive material, harassment, instructions that could harm children, unlawful content, infringements, or others’ private information without permission. These rules apply to private lessons too. Keep private information out of public lessons.
Check and correct every lesson before sharing or publishing. You are responsible for submissions and publications, including required permissions. Publication does not guarantee safety or accuracy.
What we may remove
We may review, restrict or remove content that breaks these rules and suspend or close the responsible account. Email us if you think we made a mistake.
Reporting
To report an unsafe, unlawful or infringing lesson, email support@elvorakids.com with its link and a short explanation. Avoid sending children’s personal information.
Disputes
For business use, our total liability is limited to fees paid for Elvora Kids in the 12 months before the claim. We exclude lost business profits. These limits do not apply to fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or liability the law does not let us limit.
Business users must reimburse reasonable costs and losses from third-party claims caused by material they publish in breach of these terms. We will notify you and let you help respond. This excludes our own fault.
Send disputes to support@elvorakids.com. If unresolved, the law and courts applying under usual legal rules decide. Mandatory consumer rights remain unchanged.
Changes
We will email account holders before material changes take effect. The date above shows the latest update.
