What happens when I run out of credits?
You can buy more credits at any time, or move to a bigger plan.
What happens to plan credits I don't use in a month?
They are cleared on your renewal date. Each renewal gives you a fresh set.
Do credits I buy separately expire?
No. They stay in your account until you use them.
Are edits free?
Yes. Every lesson comes with 20 free edits. After that, 1 credit buys 20 more.
Can I change my plan mid-month?
Yes. You get the new plan’s credits straight away and keep any you have left. By card, you pay only the difference for the rest of the month.
What is the difference between paying by card and by bank transfer?
Card payments renew automatically every month. Bank transfer is available in Vietnam only. It pays for one month at a time, and we email you before it runs out.
What picture should I upload for a lesson?
A wide picture, 16:10 (640 × 400). Bigger pictures are shrunk and cropped to that shape, so every card shows the same picture.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.
